Experton: Social Business as a key competitive factor

The Experton Group released the results of their new ?Social Business Vendor Benchmark 2017? on October 25th. The IT consultancy firm expects an increase in the German Social Business market from 3.6 bn. to 7.8 bn. Euros between 2016 and 2019. This corresponds to a yearly growth of approximately 29 percent.
Accordingly, software tools for promoting communication and collaboration are playing an ever increasing role in businesses. That?s why Experton rated Social Business as one of the most important topics in IT, even this year, alongside Big Data and Industry 4.0.
The study is divided into various market segments. Here, 25 providers relevant to the German Market were investigated for the area of ?Social Enterprise Networking Suites?.
