CSIA is located on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation in the foothills of Oregon''s Blue Mountains. This pop-up gallery gives us the chance to share that creativity with an even bigger audience during this year''s Round-Up."

Future plans for the 9,500-square-foot former bank have not been announced, but Schnitzer said he bought the building, which sat idle for years, to give back to Pendleton. This latest commitment complements a long-history of giving back to the Eastern Oregon community. Past involvement has included setting up a college scholarship though the for members of the Pendleton Round-Up Court and Happy Canyon Princesses, as well as contributing to the historic building renovation that allowed creation of the .

"Jordan really is committed to Pendleton, and it means a lot to us to have that support. He''s made a lot of friends and connections here, to really get to know us," said Pat Beard, of . "This pop-up is a terrific addition to the Round-Up week. In recent years, the event has become more eclectic. We have so much art, music and culture in Pendleton to share, and the pop-up gallery is perfect for us."
