Dresner Partners Advised ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. on Its Sale to Valent Capital Partners

(ISI) on its sale of a controlling interest to Valent Capital Partners (Valent). ISI is a leading Unified Communications (UC) Management solutions provider, offering software and consulting services that solve business needs of companies (of all sizes and in all industries) that are seeking to measure, analyze, and optimize usage, content, expenses, and people. The transaction will provide the necessary capital and expertise for ISI to accelerate its development roadmap and fuel its future growth. As a result of the deal structure, ISI''s name has been changed to "ISI Telemanagement Solutions, LLC." Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
