Newly Hired Internal Wholesalers to Expand Company's Reach in Northwestern, Western and Mid-Atlantic Regions
(firmenpresse) - SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/30/16 -- San Juan Capistrano-based Select Capital Corporation (SCC), the dealer manager for private offerings and public non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management, LLC, a diversified real estate company with nearly $1 billion in assets under management, is pleased to announce the addition of Erica Blue and Amy Kangleon as internal wholesalers. Blue will be responsible for the Northwestern and Western territories, and Kangleon will handle the Mid-Atlantic region.
Blue was formerly manager of business development for Axxcess Capital Partners and served as an internal wholesaler for Thompson National Properties. She holds a bachelor''s degree in psychology and social behavior from the University of California-Irvine and has the Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
Kangleon, a licensed realtor, has been an internal wholesaler for MVP America Securities and Steadfast Companies. During her career, she has been the chief operating officer for Kangleon Chiropractic, vice president and institutional equity sales trader for HSBC Securities, president and CEO of Hike Bike Kayak and an equity trader with LPL Financial Services, Brandes Investment Partners and Baring Securities. She also served as vice president and institutional sales trader for UBS Warburg. She holds a bachelor''s degree in accounting from Plattsburgh State University and has the Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
