New Patch Level Release Including Attractive Features and Pioneering Technology

OTRS 5s offers a wide range of interesting new functionalities in the areas of security, calendar integration, WebRTC and web services. This new patch level release is thus a starting point for implementing state-of-the-art technology and trendsetting functionalities.
