Cushman Wakefield/Commerce Expands Its Salt Lake City Asset Services Leadership Team
(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwired) -- 08/08/16 -- Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce has appointed Molly Westbrook as Senior Vice President and General Manager to lead its expanding Salt Lake City property management operation. Westbrook brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, and will be responsible for all property management staff and operations, and for developing new business.

Westbrook has a broad background in property management, leasing and project management. She is well respected and connected within the Salt Lake City commercial real estate marketplace. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Westbrook worked with Commonwealth Partners where she managed its 500,000 square foot Cottonwood Corporate Center, as well as CBRE where she held multiple management positions. During her professional career, Westbrook has received multiple awards including a TOBY Award in 2015 for The Outstanding Building of the Year and a LEED Gold 2015 for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
Westbrook is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) where she held the role of Vice Chair of Chapter Development in 2013, and Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) where she was part of the advertising committee for the 2012 - 2013 year.
