Capstream Announces Results From Its Annual General and Special Meeting

(TSX VENTURE: CSP) (the "Company") announces that all resolutions presented at the Company''s annual general and special meeting held on Friday, July 22, 2016, including the appointment of directors, the appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditors and the adoption of a new stock option plan, were approved by the shareholders of the Company.

The directors elected to serve for the ensuing year are John Todd Bonner, Ravinder (Rob) Kang, Stephen Willey and Grant Kim.
