Rubicon Announces Board Change
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/20/16 -- Rubicon Minerals Corporation (TSX: RMX)(OTC PINK: RBYCF) ("Rubicon" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Bruce A. Thomas, Q.C. from the Board of Directors (the "Board") to pursue other interests. Mr. Thomas had been a director of the Board since 2009.
"On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Bruce for his contributions to Rubicon and wish him well in his future endeavours," stated Mr. Julian Kemp, interim President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Rubicon. "Rubicon is currently searching for a replacement for this vacancy."
