New CNC Double-head jeans pocket setter
(PresseBox) - The German industrial machine manufacturer PFAFF INDUSTRIAL has been the market leader for decades in freely programmable automatic pocket setters for sewing patch pockets on jeans, shirts, blouses, workwear garments, and similar articles. Countless renowned customers worldwide appreciate the reliability and productivity of these machines. With the new 3589, PFAFF INDUSTRIAL responded to the demand and trends of the market and introduced a powerful and technological advanced pocket setter with two machine heads (with separate colored threads).
The new automatic jeans pocket setter is a compact and elaborate unit which customers are accustomed to PFAFF INDUSTRIAL, and insures consistent high quality and high output. Forms und templates are easily interchangeable within a few minutes; no tools required. The sewing head and hook (XL hook) are synchronized by electrical axis. The 3589 is equipped with an integrated folding station and a stacker. A light barrier curtain insures highest safety standards. Minimum operator training is required. With an output of 2,600 medium sized pockets (with 350 stitches) in 8 hours, the machine is one of fastest and most productive in the world. At 4000 s.p.m, and a cycle time of 9.2 seconds, the machine speed remains constant - even when sewing through corners! Fold, sew, done!
