Microbiz, a new, globally comprehensive board game for 3-6 players, has officially launched a Kickstarter campaign to garner widespread support and financial backing for the final manufacturing and shipment of the game.
(firmenpresse) - Redding, CA – Microbiz, a new, globally comprehensive board game for 3-6 players, has officially launched a Kickstarter campaign to garner widespread support and financial backing for the final manufacturing and shipment of the game. Reflecting the fun, interactive elements of Monopoly but going far beyond it, Microbiz has been dubbed an entire “little economy” right in a standard table board game.
“The excitement begins when the dealing begins, which is almost instantly. From there on out, no trades or agreements are off limits,” said Ken Brooks, Creator and Founder of Microbiz. “The little Microbiz world is surprisingly realistic, and will have players at the edge of their seats in anticipation of creative deals and monetary gains. Spread the word on the launch of our Kickstarter campaign, and head on over today to contribute to our goal.”
The game contains properties that manufacture goods, cars, trucks, and boats to transport them, and cards that create opportunities to sell them at a profit. There are investments, profits, and a never-ending possibility of alliances. Players can enter into a multitude of deals including, but not limited to: joint ventures, loans at interest, joint or community ownership of property, varied terms of payment, and non-compete agreements. When the dealing’s done, the richest one wins.
People who become early supporters or “backers” of the Kickstarter campaign with a pledge $38 or more will receive an ‘Early Bird Special’ copy of the game which has a MSRP of $70. There are a number of other “Rewards” provided to backers who pledge at higher dollar amounts.
