Shogun Capital Announces Closing of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/16 -- Shogun Capital Corp. (the "Company") (NEX: SHO.H) is pleased to announce that is has closed a private placement (the "Private Placement") of 2,800,000 common shares (each, a "Common Share") of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $140,000. The Private Placement remains subject to the final approval of NEX.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Private Placement for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The Common Shares issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a statutory restricted resale period expiring on October 21, 2016, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
