?Releasing our 3D CAD models app mechanical engineering in the Windows store was received very well. Therefore it was clear to us that the other apps of ours should also be provided to Windows 10 users?, Jürgen Heimbach, CEO at CADENAS, explains. ?Therefore we decided for the PARTcloud.net app. Here the community is in the primary focus and the 3D print app is an important tool to find and share printable 3D CAD models. Also the fun factor is not let behind what you can see with some of the own models.?
More than only 3D CAD models
The app, based on CADENAS? eCATALOGsolutions technology, helps engineers to share 3D CAD models of the components they designed with friends and colleagues and provide them for download. The upload of their own 3D CAD models in STL or STEP format is as easy as pie. Afterwards the uploaded models are automatically available in numerous other CAD formats.
