Partners REIT Announces the Resignation of Marc Charlebois as a Trustee
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/18/16 -- Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: PAR.UN) announces today that, for personal reasons, Marc Charlebois has tendered his resignation as a trustee of the REIT and will not stand for re-election at the upcoming annual and special meeting of unitholders. The board of trustees wishes to thank Mr. Charlebois for his service as a trustee of the REIT. In light of the resignation of Mr. Charlebois, the board of trustees have resolved to maintain the current number of trustees and have set the number of trustees to be elected at the upcoming annual and special meeting of unitholders at five.
