GBTEC and Hochschule Ravensburg at the conference for administrative modernisation
GBTEC and Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten speaking about process-oriented quality management at the Münster symposium "MEMO"
(PresseBox) - This year''s MEMO conference will be held for the eleventh time at the Leonardo Campus in Münster from 6th to 7th June 2016. The two day event, organized by the University of Münster, make the theme "methods and tools for administrative modernisation" a subject of discussion. This year''s focus of MEMO are the topics digital transformation of public administration, efficient procurement and modernisation of higher education and Campus Management.
GBTEC Software + Consulting AG, provider of the Business Process Management (BPM) solution BIC will also be represented at the MEMO. GBTEC will present the implementation of a process-oriented quality management by means of BIC Platform, together with Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten. The presentation shows how to optimize internal processes through the process-oriented quality management, how the organisational knowledge of the university is anchored and moreover how to enable IT-based service functions for students.
