There were 65 Regulation A+ offerings in 2015.
Regulation A+ is changing how small and mid-size companies raise capital by allowing them to raise up to $50 million by going directly to investors. The session is recommended for C-Suite executives of mid-size and small private and public companies in need of capital to grow, investors seeking new opportunities, community banks, and other companies seeking alternatives to IPOs, private equity and PIPEs.
