S Split Corp. Declares Monthly Distributions
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/04/16 -- S Split Corp. (TSX: SBN) (TSX: SBN.PR.A) has declared monthly distributions payable on May 31, 2016 to shareholders of record on May 13, 2016, (ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016) in the following amounts per share:
Due to the recovery in the net asset value per unit, the Fund has reinstated distributions on its Class A Shares in accordance with the terms of the offering prospectus. To the extent that any portions of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
