Family Memorials Inc. Announces Closing of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/28/16 -- Family Memorials Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FAM) ("Family Memorials" or the "Corporation") announces that it has closed its non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 3,400,000 Common Shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.05 per share, for gross proceeds of $170,000. The Common Shares are subject to a statutory four month hold period, which expires August 28, 2016. A finder''s fee was paid in cash of 7 1/2% of the gross proceeds of the Private Placement.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Corporation for general working capital.
