NABUfit Global to Enter Into Joint Venture With E2 Communications
(firmenpresse) - OREM, UT -- (Marketwired) -- 03/30/16 -- On March 29, 2016, NABUfit Global, Inc. (OTCQB: NBFT) together with its wholly owned Danish subsidiary, NABUfit Global ApS (together, ''NABUfit Global'') signed a letter of intent to enter into a joint venture with the Austrian company E2 Communications GMBH (''E2 Communications'') to jointly launch NABUfit''s virtual fitness training portal in Europe to the 100 million German speaking people in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Luxembourg.
NABUfit Global and E2 Communications expect to establish a jointly owned company located in Vienna, Austria that will be responsible for marketing, promoting and distributing the NABUfit Global''s products, establishing and developing commercial relationships and recruiting additional professional athletes and fitness experts to act as ambassadors for NABUfit Global. E2 Communications will be responsible for running and managing the operations of the newly formed company.
The two companies expect to negotiate and execute an appropriate joint venture and licensing agreement wherein NABUfit Global will assign to the newly formed company the exclusive rights to NABUfit products and services for the German speaking countries set forth above.
