Over 50% of Debt Repurchase Program Completed -- One Round Remaining; Shareholders Value Proposition Increased

Completing over 50% of the Debt Repurchase Program, the Company has eliminated a dozen noteholders -- having only one payment remaining to achieve 100% removal of the remaining legacy debt.
The plan has also minimized the Company''s financial liabilities significantly. Derivative liabilities have currently been reduced by over $1.25 Million, eliminating more than 3 billion shares of possible dilution.
This achievement further supports the Company in becoming fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as with the upgrade of to the .
