FNB Bancorp Declares Second Quarter Dividend 2016
(firmenpresse) - SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/25/16 -- FNB Bancorp (OTCBB: FNBG), the holding company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents per share on the Company''s Common Stock totaling approximately $682,676.40. The dividend is payable on May 16, 2016 to shareholders of record as of April 29, 2016.
