(PresseBox) - It is no bigger, but it is twice as strong: with an identical appearance, Levolan 120 is the big brother of the Levolan 60 sliding door system and thus the solution for heavier door leaves. The external dimensions of the new Levolan 120 and the tried-and-tested Levolan 60 are identical.
Designing internal manual sliding doors with an elegant lightness and moving them effortlessly is now also possible with door leaves of up to 120 kg. The fitting technology of the Levolan 120 is completely integrated into the track. The compact modular sliding door system, with its discreet and linear appearance and a narrow track of only 50 millimetres high, adapts to any installation situation. The Levolan SoftStop draw-in damping, which can also be integrated into the track, provides safety and comfort up to 120 kg. The sliding door leaves are guided gently and safely into the end position. Hitting the frame and the risk of trapping fingers is almost eliminated. Specially designed carrier rollers ensure an excellent load distribution and smooth running characteristics. Removal protection is automatically activated when the height of the door leaf is adjusted, thus providing additional safety, almost by itself. The Levolan 120''s clamping carriage is designed for glass thicknesses of 10 - 12.76 millimetres, meaning that the sliding door system can also be realised with door leaves made from laminated safety glass. The Levolan Smart fix installation system makes the installation fast and straightforward. Only one hollow-set-screw and one open-ended spanner are required for securing the installation. The carriage with the leaf can be conveniently mounted on the track and calibrated from the front.
