As previously announced on January 20, 2016, the original closing of the building sale to Global Medical Reit Inc. was subject to customary due diligence and expected to close on or before Monday, March 7, 2016. Although the due diligence process has been completed, the actual closing is now expected to occur on or before March 31, 2016.
