Innovativ Media Group (INMG) to Decrease Authorized Shares
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/25/16 -- (OTC PINK: INMG) ("Company") announced today that the Company will decrease its authorized common shares from 9,960,000,000 to 5, 560,000,000.
The capital re-structuring will be effective upon the filing with the Washington Secretary of State.
Innovativ Media Group (Innovativ) is a developer, producer and distributor of digital entertainment and other multi-media content.
