Critical Manufacturing won the excellence At Work Prize
Critical Manufacturing took the 1st prize for medium-sized technology companies in the biggest employee satisfaction study conducted in Portugal
(PresseBox) - The 2016 is starting well for Critical Manufacturing. After receiving a Recognition Award from Faculty of Engineering of University of Porto, we won the Excellence at Work first prize for medium-sized companies in the technology, media and telecommunications sector in Portugal.
The Excellence at Work (Prémio Excelência no Trabalho in Portuguese) is the biggest employee satisfaction study conducted in Portugal to honor the companies that stood out in the development of human capital and organizational climate over the last year.
In this year?s 6th edition 195 organizations participated and 57,000 employees and top managers have been surveyed.
Beyond being the top positioned in the technology sector of mid-sized companies (50 to 250 employees) Critical Manufacturing achieved the 8th place within medium-sized companies of all sectors in Portugal and was among companies like Leroy Merlin, TNT Express, Unicombi and Ilumina, which were winners in their categories.
The study is conducted by Heidrick & Struggles in partnership with Human Resources Portugal and INDEG-IUL. Participation is completely free and - apart from being a great opportunity for every business to acquire relevant information for identifying areas of strength and improvement in the management of its human assets - it is also a challenge that all the employees deserve.
