Ascent Solar Fully Retires Senior Secured Convertible Notes
(firmenpresse) - THORNTON, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/28/16 -- (NASDAQ: ASTI), a developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art, flexible thin-film photovoltaic modules integrated into the Company''s â„¢ series of consumer products, announced today that the Company has fully retired it''s senior secured convertible notes ("Notes"). The Company had previously announced on December 22, 2015 that the remaining principal balance of the Notes then were approximately $52,000.
