Lake Sunapee Bank Group Announces Quarterly Dividend and Annual Meeting Date
(firmenpresse) - NEWPORT, NH -- (Marketwired) -- 01/14/16 -- Lake Sunapee Bank Group (NASDAQ: LSBG) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of fourteen cents ($0.14) per share payable January 29, 2016, to stockholders of record as of January 25, 2016.
In addition, the Board of Directors has set May 12, 2016, as the date of the 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which will be held at the Lake Sunapee Bank Building, 1868 Room, 9 Main Street, Newport, New Hampshire at 10:00 a.m.
