Talent Board Announces Winners of 2015 EMEA Candidate Experience Awards
Annual Awards Program Honors Employers Across Europe, the Middle East and Africa Demonstrating Candidate Experience Excellence
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA and LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 12/09/15 -- , a non-profit organization focused on the promotion and data benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, today revealed the 37 companies selected as winners of the 2015 EMEA Candidate Experience Awards. Known as the CandE Awards, this annual benchmarking and reward program honors and celebrates employers across the EMEA region that provide a positive, transparent and rewarding recruiting experience to their job candidates.

The CandE Awards program enables participating companies to benchmark their current recruiting practices and gain the insight on how they can continually improve the candidate experience. Following an extensive review process consisting of extensive surveys of the employers and their job candidates, award judges determined the companies that best met the criteria of a positive candidate experience.

In addition to being named CandE Award winners, four companies were designated as "With Distinction" winners: CA Technologies, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Informatica Corporation and Risk Management Solutions. These four organizations were identified for having particularly innovative or standout practices throughout the recruiting cycle. All honorees were celebrated during the inaugural , which took place on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015 at The Brewery in London.
