Brooks Clark, Michael Herman and Dan Flanigan will discuss various aspects of mezzanine lending, from loan documentation to default and enforcement to the interaction between mezzanine and mortgage lenders. Jeffrey Lehman, Managing Director of Prime Finance will also be joining the panel.
