LOGINventory6.6 with support for Windows 10
Inventory software: Cumulative Update
(PresseBox) - Software manufacturer Schmidt?s LOGIN today announced the availability of LOGINventory6.6. The network inventory tool now even supports operating system Microsoft Windows 10. By default, the LOGINventory6 download package contains a pre-configured and ready-to-use Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express database, replacing the previous MS SQL 2008 R2 Express. LOGINventory6.6 is a cumulative update containing all optimizations, enhancements and patches since the release of version 6.5.
The module for detecting the existing hardware and software has been revised and includes a number of bug fixes, for example for an optimized detection of hotfixes. In addition, LOGIN enhanced the PowerShell samples to facilitate hardware and software evaluations for users lacking deep knowledge of this method.
