Fulton Financial Corporation Names Weber as Director of Corporate Development
(firmenpresse) - LANCASTER, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/27/15 -- Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) today announced that Jason H. Weber, of Downingtown, PA, has been named director of corporate development. In this position, he will serve as the organization''s investor relations officer and will help facilitate the corporation''s long-term strategic planning efforts. He will also be responsible for coordinating the company''s activities related to any future mergers or acquisitions.
Weber comes to Fulton Financial from Susquehanna Bancshares where he recently held the position of senior vice president of capital management and investor relations. He is a seasoned financial services professional, with work experience ranging from balance sheet planning and management at Capital One to investment banking and equity research at multiple Wall Street investment banks such as Citigroup, UBS and J.P. Morgan.
Weber is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from James Madison University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Drexel University.
