FivePoint Wins a Total of Seven SoCal Awards Including 2015 "Master Planned Community of the Year"
(firmenpresse) - IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/05/15 -- FivePoint was the big winner at the 2015 SoCal Awards, taking home the night''s top honor for Beacon Park at Great Park Neighborhoods -- named Master Planned Community of the Year. This is an unprecedented second year that FivePoint has been recognized with this award. In 2014, Pavilion Park, the first of the Great Park Neighborhoods, was honored.
One of the most prestigious awards programs for Southern California builders and developers, the SoCal Awards are presented annually by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and the Building Industry Association of Southern California.

Beacon Park''s award underscores FivePoint''s goal to design innovative neighborhoods up and down California. Beacon Park, the second of the Great Park Neighborhoods, showcases unique community design that promotes connectivity among residents that includes the authentic friendly ambiance of neighborhoods past and offers distinctive architecture that appeals to a diverse array of families.
The SoCal Awards also honors peers and colleagues who are considered among the best in marketing and homebuilding throughout Southern California. This year FivePoint Vice President of Marketing, Jann Rowe, was recognized as Marketing Professional of the Year and FivePoint Vice President of Planning and Product Development, Tom Martin, was honored as DesignLens Champion of Design.
Five awards were presented to FivePoint for the Beacon Park marketing and design programs including: Best Digital Sales Tool, Best Sales Environment, Best Signage, Best Internet Marketing, and Best Overall Advertising Campaign
In addition, the FivePoint community of "Awesometown" in Valencia was recognized for Best Special Promotion.
