Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara") has completed a US$63.4 million placement of senior secured convertible notes due 2020 (the "Bonds").
The bonds carry a coupon of 8.0% and will be issued at an issue price of 82.7% of their principal amount, have a maturity date of 31 December 2020 and are convertible into the ordinary shares of Atlas Mara at a price of $11.00 per share.
Atlas Mara will use the net proceeds of the issue of the Bonds to fund near-term acquisition opportunities and for general corporate purposes.
