(NYSE: TRF) (the "Fund"), which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, announced today that the Fund''s Annual Meeting of Shareholders was adjourned until October 8, 2015, to permit further solicitation of proxies. The adjournment will give shareholders an additional opportunity to consider the matters being voted on and to exercise their voting rights. The Annual Meeting will be reconvened on October 8, 2015 at 12 Noon Eastern time at 300 S.E. 2nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
