Brookfield Global Infrastructure Securities Income Fund Announces Average Net Asset Value and Status of Annual Redemption Condition
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/03/15 -- Brookfield Investment Management (Canada) Inc. (the "Manager") announces that the simple average of the net asset values of the units of the Brookfield Global Infrastructure Securities Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: BGI.UN) on each Business Day occurring in the month of August was $8.93. As a result, the annual redemption condition applicable to the units of the Fund has been triggered. Units may only be redeemed on an Annual Redemption Date (the last business day of September), if the simple average of the net asset values of the units of the Fund on each Business Day occurring in the month of August preceding the Annual Redemption Date is less than $10.00. Units of the Fund must be surrendered for redemption at least 15 days prior to the Annual Redemption, which is Tuesday, September 15, 2015. Payment of the proceeds will be made on or before the 15th business day of October.
