SmartREIT Declares Distribution for August 2015
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/19/15 -- SmartREIT (TSX: SRU.UN) announced that the trustees of SmartREIT have declared a distribution for the month of August 2015 of CDN $0.1334 per trust unit, representing CDN $1.60 per unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on September 15, 2015 to unitholders of record on August 31, 2015.
