Smooth processing of invoice issue, invoice receipt and invoice verification for airlines
(PresseBox) - ISO Software Systeme and Airpas provide airlines with a fully electronic billing process for their suppliers ? by combining their products SKYfly Supplier Portal and airpas, they meet the aviation industry?s demand!
Since May 2015, ISO Software Systeme has been collaborating closely with the Airpas Aviation AG from Braunschweig, Germany, enabling the airlines supplier to invoice airlines electronically via a Web portal. This is achieved by combining the products SKYfly Supplier Portal ((Link & Anker)) and airpas. One example for this new are crew hotels, which can now provide airline with invoices online ? no more paper, no more media disruption. A further advantage: Together, the products generate invoices compliant with IATA Simplified Interline Settlement (SIS) in the format XML-IS.
The decisive advancement: Thanks to SKYfly Supplier Portal, even smaller suppliers ? who often lack their own IT department ? can use the industry standard IS-XML. They can thus be integrated with the electronic invoicing without having to tackle the formalities and costs of a IATA connection.
