Software AG extends its contract with CFO Arnd Zinnhardt
(PresseBox) - 08.2015 - The Supervisory Board of Software AG has extended its management contract with Arnd Zinnhardt (53) through July 2021. Zinnhardt was appointed to the company''s Management Board for the first time in 2002. As an executive board member, he oversees Finance, Controlling, Taxes, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Operations, Investor Relations and Global Procurement.
"We are pleased that we can further strengthen continuity in the Management Board''s work by extending Arnd Zinnhardt''s contract," emphasizes Dr. Andreas Bereczky, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Software AG.
Karl-Heinz Streibich, CEO of Software AG, welcomes the Supervisory Board''s decision: "I''m very happy to continue building on many years of very successful collaboration with Arnd Zinnhardt."
Zinnhardt began his career in 1988 at Ernst & Young. He then joined BDO AG in 1998 and became a partner in Frankfurt. In 2001 he was made a Regional Partner and Office Managing Partner. Zinnhardt has been the Chief Financial Officer at Software AG since 2002.
