Essex Property Trust Declares Quarterly Distributions
(firmenpresse) - PALO ALTO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/26/15 -- Essex Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.44 per common share payable July 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2015.
The Board of Directors has also declared a regular quarterly distribution for its Series H Preferred Stock for the second quarter of 2015 in the amount of $0.44531 per share. The preferred dividend is payable on July 15, 2015 to Series H preferred stockholders of record on July 1, 2015.
