Paquin Healthcare Companies Raises Total of $2.6 Million From Equity Private Placement and Florida New Market Tax Credit Program

The accredited investor group was comprised entirely of physicians and other healthcare industry professionals. All of the physician investors have also agreed to serve on the Company''s Medical Advisory Board.
The funds raised will continue to support ongoing expansion of Paquin''s subsidiary, iRemedy Healthcare, which has developed a proprietary, highly secure, HIPAA-compliant supply chain management solution for the healthcare market place. More specifically, the iRemedy platform provides for:
Sourcing of consumer healthcare products and medical supplies;
Processing and shipping of orders;

Management and delivery of high touch customer service; and
Comprehensive real-time reporting and back-end data analysis.
