WSP Closes the Sale of All Its Shares in Norwegian Company Multiconsult for $97 M in Total Gross Proceeds

(TSX: WSP) ("WSP" or the "Corporation") today announced that, following the successful initial public offering of Multiconsult AS ("Multiconsult") on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the satisfaction of all other conditions, it has completed the sale of all of its shares in Multiconsult to the Multiconsult Foundation. These shares which represented 24.73% of the issued and outstanding shares of Multiconsult generated total gross proceeds to WSP of $97 million.
