Supreme Court Approves Plan of Arrangement Between CRC Royalty Corp and Its Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/15 -- Further to its February 26, 2015 news release, CRC Royalty Corporation ("CRC") is pleased to report that the Arrangement proposed to facilitate conduct of the lawsuit against Caledonian Royalty Corp., James Kinnear and others has been approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as being fair to CRC and each of its shareholders. Accordingly, the lawsuit will now proceed on the basis set out in the Plan of Arrangement described in the February 26 news release.
