(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/05/15 -- MMSM Funding Corp. ("MMSM") announced that it has purchased $20,000 of a convertible note issued by Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: BAYP). The purchased debt is convertible at a fixed price of $0.005 per share. MMSM intends to convert this debt and sell the resulting 4,000,000 shares in a prompt manner. Such sales could have a depressive effect on the market price for BAYP''s stock, which is currently approximately $0.01.
