Family Memorials Announces Quarterly Principal Paydown
(firmenpresse) - THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/30/15 -- Family Memorials Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FAM) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that pursuant to the terms of the 12% Subordinated Secured Debentures (the "Debentures") issued pursuant to the Debenture Indenture dated October 31, 2013 entered into with Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as Debenture Trustee, the Corporation has made a Principal Paydown in the amount of $432,339 which represents 15% of the Corporation''s sales of $2,882,259 for the 3 months ended December 31, 2014. The ratio of the outstanding principal balance of the Debentures compared to the original outstanding balance of the Debentures is 2.096:4.000, which represents an outstanding balance of 52.4% of the original principal amount of the Debentures.
