Homebuyers Will Have an Opportunity to Tour Viera's Newest Neighborhoods
(firmenpresse) - VIERA, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/16/15 -- The Viera Company, developer of the master-planned community of Viera, announces its participation in the Homebuilders & Contractors Association (HBCA) 2015 Spring Parade of Homes in Brevard County, April 25 - May 3.
Viera is inviting guests to start their Parade of Homes journey at The Viera Discovery Center, 7350 Shoppes Drive, which is participating as a Showroom Showcase, where guests can learn about amenities and life in Viera. Viera will also feature five homes from Viera''s award-winning community of builders: Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, Joyal Construction and Viera Builders. The model homes will be located in the Wyndham at Duran, Fairway Lakes, Charolais Estates, Arrivas Village and Stadium Villas neighborhoods, with a diverse range in prices from $200,000 to $800,000.
