HAS Capital Appoints Christopher Trifilio as Managing Director
Expansion of Team and Continued Growth of Company Demonstrates Investor Appetite for Manufactured Housing Assets
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/08/15 -- , a Chicago-based real estate investment and advisory firm, announced today the appointment of Christopher M. Trifilio as Managing Director of Investment Management. In this newly created position, Mr. Trifilio will be based in Chicago and will be responsible for portfolio analysis and raising capital to support HAS Capital''s initiative to restart the engine in providing financing in the manufactured housing space.

Mr. Trifilio joins HAS Capital from Mesirow Financial where he was a Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading, responsible for generating investment ideas through fundamental research, technical analysis, and networking to best capture relative value for client''s portfolios and to determine size, entry and exit points of all portfolio investments. Prior to that, he was a Principal at William Blair & Company, LLC, a global investment banking and asset management firm, based in Chicago.
Mr. Trifilio holds an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance & Accounting from Benedictine University, and is certified for NASD Series 7, Series 63, Series 3, Series 24, and Series 55. Also, he is an active alumnus at Benedictine University and the recipient of the University''s Top 40 Under 40 award.
