FNB Bancorp Declares Second Quarter Dividend 2015
(firmenpresse) - SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/30/15 -- FNB Bancorp (OTCQB: FNBG), the holding company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of thirteen cents per share on the Company''s Common Stock totaling approximately $554,801.13. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2015.
