The new Eye-Safe RPP module from Osela allows integration into systems without the need to worry about eye safety to the end-users and manufacturers alike. Available at 830 nm (IR) and 660 nm (visible), the RPP will project up to 100,000 randomized cluster-free dots over a large FOV. The RPP adds needed texture to your image, increasing depth sensing resolution for applications such as bin picking, palletizing and robot guidance.
Osela?s Fireline is a Thermo-Electrically Cooled high power direct semiconductor pattern generator. With diode powers up to 12 W it is the ideal choice for outdoor industrial inspection applications, for instance rail and road inspection. It is available at 670 nm (1.5 W) and 808 nm (5 - 12 W). Standard features include external focusing, high pointing and focus stability, and integrated monitoring and modulation.
Tordivel?s new Scorpion 3D Stinger camera is based on the principle ?projected texture stereo vision? to create a high quality dense point cloud. The 3D camera works on moving objects with or without texture. It is designed for 3D robot vision, 3D laser triangulation, 3D gauging, 3D assembly verification and other advanced machine vision solutions.
