Maureen E. Hemhauser Joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank
(firmenpresse) - BEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 03/02/15 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) and Peapack-Gladstone Bank announce the appointment of Maureen E. Hemhauser to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer effective February 23, 2015. Ms. Hemhauser is responsible for overseeing the Bank''s Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Anti-Money Laundering programs.
Maureen has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years, most recently at FIS Global as Senior Compliance Manager for established and de novo financial institutions throughout New Jersey and New York. At FIS Global, in addition to being a product developer for the FIS Regulatory Advisory Services group, she was also responsible for conducting monitoring reviews of all consumer compliance and CRA regulations, BSA risk assessments, BSA audits, and BSA and Fair Lending training for boards of directors. In previous roles, she served as Supervisory Compliance Review Examiner, FDIC New York Regional Office; FDIC Financial Institution Compliance Examiner, New Jersey; and FDIC Financial Institution Risk Management Examiner, New Jersey. In these roles she managed bank regulatory compliance and CRA examination case loads of over 90 financial institutions ranging in size from $20 million to $5 billion in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico.
Ms. Hemhauser earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, New Jersey. A resident of Jackson, New Jersey, she is an active member at Saint Aloysius Roman Catholic Church where she has taught religious education for over ten years.
