(PresseBox) - ifia/HFE JAPAN 2015, the 20th edition of the International Food Ingredients Additives Exhibition and Conference, will be held on May, 20th ? 22nd at Tokyo International Exhibition Center Big Sight. The three day event is authorized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as well as the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan. It brings together manufactures and suppliers from all areas of the food industry to explore new opportunities and discover the latest products, techniques, and technology the industry has to offer. With more than 34,000 international visitors and around 780 booths and several international pavilions on 6,750 sqm the ifia/HFE Japan 2015 edition will affirm its position as leading functional food, ingredients and additives event in Japan again.
ifia/HFE JAPAN 2015 creates a strong and reliable platform to launch into the Japanese market, showcasing products and services to key decision makers in the industry. Boguslaw Zgierski, Export Sales Manager from MOKATE Poland says: ?It did not take long to decide which event should be chosen ? ifia seemed to be the best focused exhibition of this type in Japan at the first glance. Ifia/HFE JAPAN 2015 is sponsored by the Japan Food Additives Association.
