(OTC PINK: CMXC) (OTCQB: CMXC), (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has received an approval from the OTC Markets to upgrade to the OTCQB venture stage marketplace. The Company will transition from the OTC Pink open marketplace to the OTCQB on February 18, 2015.
